    • Rebounding: Boxing out, timing drills, outlet passing.

  • Team Concepts (1 hour)

    • Offensive spacing, pick-and-roll scenarios, transition drills.

  • Scrimmages (1 hour)

    • Organized 5v5 games to implement skills learned.

 

PHASE 3: Game Play & Exposure

  • Warm-Up and Shooting Routines (30 min)

  • Controlled Scrimmages (2 hours)

    • Coaches provide feedback in real time.

  • Player Matchup Challenges (1 hour)

    • 1v1, 3v3, and skill-specific competitions (e.g., shooting contests).

  • Game Play for Media Highlights (2 hours)

    • Competitive full-court games with media coverage and player evaluations.
